💭 What I’m Thinking About
Big Questions:

- How do we measure the long-term impact of mentorship and leadership programs?
Challenges I’m Navigating:
- Balancing full-time community work with personal well-being
- Scaling programs while maintaining quality and personal touch
- Finding the right technology tools that serve diverse communities effectively
Opportunities I’m Exploring:
- Speaking engagements to share our NAA model with other organizations
- Writing a longer-form piece about the refugee-to-leader journey
- Potential partnerships with universities for research and program development
